Welcome to the Charlie Chaplin 122nd Birthday Film Festival Relaunch Extravaganza!

Welcome to the newly re-tooled Retroflick.com.  Please be patient while we re-build our library.  Video technology has come a long way in the four years since we first uploaded Charlie Chaplin on the old platform.  Now, in honor of what would have been Charlie's 122nd birthday - that is, if his life hadn't been cut short at the youthful age of 88 - we re-launch Retroflick.com on a new platform.

We're now online with HD video, Ipod 360, Ipod 640 and of course, standard FLV.  You choose the setting of what you watch.  Take Retroflick.com on the road with you.  This is all due to the hard work of Dave Horsfall and his team at Highwood Media, who brought this video software into fruition from a humble beginning.  I'm amazed at the progress he's made in the last year, and am proud to announce that Retroflick.com is switching to HwdMediaShare as a video and photo platform for Retroflick.

Besides Dave's great video, audio and photo sharing software, we'll be adding file management and distribution software, forums, e-cards, free classifieds, and other great add-ons to Retroflick.  You'll be able to share any audio, video, document, photo or other files.  You'll also be able to purchase $2 DVDs (for snail-mail delivery or download!) of many of our movies and TV shows from our new Retroflick label... stay tuned!

Happy Birthday Charlie.  Sorry you're dead, but we're enjoying you still here in the land of the living =)
